Returns / Exchange 

If you are not entirely happy with your item we can offer an exchange within 7 days from the day of purchase providing your item is in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (where applicable), and in its original packaging (where applicable). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, please contact us at elkiesedit.shop@gmail.com so that we may confirm your wish to exchange, then the item will need to be sent to our shop at:

In an instance where you exchange for a different item of a higher value, the additional amount will need to be topped up by you. Exchanges cannot be made for an item of a lower value than your purchase.

Unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange if more than 7 days have past since your purchase. 

Refunds / Damaged or Faulty Goods 

Elkie's Edit always aims to provide high quality items that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, damaged or faulty goods may need to be returned. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can then evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once your item is received and inspected we will email you with the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 working days. If approved then the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days dependant on your bank.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
