INQUIRY
1. Send us your information by email or filling out the form on “Get In Touch”.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
2. After receiving your information, we will discuss with you a project proposal including fees, scope of works and recommended budget.
CONFIRMATION
3. A design fee payment will be required once you’ve confirmed our proposal.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
4. Once we’ve established a concept direction, we will develop and refine the design through a series of presentations and drawings. Final output will include a drawing package with relevant schedules.
ESTIMATE APPROVAL
5. Detailed estimates will be prepared according to the approved designs, and will need to be confirmed by you before construction begins.
CONSTRUCTION
6. What everybody looks forward to - construction commences!
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
7. Working closely with our contractors, in house project manager and team, we will conduct regular site visits to ensure all design objectives are achieved.
INSTALLATION
8. We will oversee the installation of all furniture and fixtures selected by us. With these finishing touches, your space will truly transform into a dream home.
PROJECT COMPLETION
9. Congratulations! We will conduct a formal handover and walk-through, with punch-listing to be completed in the following few weeks.
